Sitting beneath the beautiful medieval hilltop village of St Paul-de-Vence, famous for its art galleries and museums. Local shops, restaurants and pavement cafés at either La Colle-sur-Loup 2 km or Vence 4 km. Sandy beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer 5 km which also has Renoir museum, larger shops, tennis, bike hire and regular market. Golf at Villeneuve-Loubet 5 km. Nice with its shops and famous promenade is just 18 km, whilst a bustling nightlife for the young and young-at-heart can be found in Antibes 15 km or Juan-les-Pins 17 km. This C20th neo-Provençal villa is located in a quiet residential area on sloping south-facing terraced land. Landscaped garden rises steeply behind the villa, leading to a shaded seating area with views. The ground-floor bedrooms all open out onto south-facing kidney-shaped pool 9 x 5 x 2m depth with security fence. When you have had enough of the sun, pleasant shade can be found beneath one of the poolside palm trees or on one of the villa’s three terraces. Children’s swings, table tennis and BBQ.
