Just 10 minutes drive from the attractive medieval town of Belvès with its covered market, shops and restaurants, riding facilities and pool.12kms from Siorac Golf course with 18 holes and within easy reach of the Bastide towns of Monpazier and Beaumont, the chateaux of Castelnaud and Beynac and the picturesque town of Sarlat. Canoeing can be enjoyed on the Dordogne river. Further afield the caves of Padirac are well worth a visit and in the same area Rocamadour with its monkey forest and eagle sanctuary are great for families. International airport Bergerac 50km.

This stone-built house is peacefully situated in the tiny sleepy hamlet of St Foy de Belvès. The nearby woodlands offer an ideal place for a cool evening stroll whilst all around are rolling hills and pretty country side. Outdoor facilities include a covered barn for parking, an open terrace overlooking the valley as well as shaded areas for hotter days! BBQ.

The property has been tastefully renovated with an interior designed for comfort. All rooms are on the same level. The combined sitting dining room has a spacious feel with a large fire place (ornamental only) and an open plan kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and deepfreeze are in the laundry room under the house accessed via the exterior. All three bedrooms are off the living room. Bed 1: double. Bed 2: double. Bed 3: large single.
