Situated in a fairly quiet residential area in central Puerto del Carmen, yet only a few minutes'' walk from the beach and amenities of the lively Avenida de las Playas in the resort centre, this comfortable detached bungalow has its own small garden with private, solar heated swimming pool (5m x 3m, depth 0.8m to 1.5m, with roman steps), built in barbecue and sun bathing terraces to the rear. It is ideal for parties who want to be close to the beach and nightlife of the resort.

Spacious, attractively furnished lounge with Satellite TV (no card), DVD player and CD player, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar; well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron; hallway leading to 1 double bedroom; 2 twin bedrooms; 1 bathroom with full suite; 1 shower room and toilet.
