Fattoria degli Usignoli is located in one of the most scenic areas of Tuscany and less than 30kms from the beautiful city of Florence, which can be easily and conveniently reached by train from nearby Regello, thereby avoiding the busy city traffic. The residence has been lovingly restored and offers self-catering and hotel accommodation with a vast range of facilities for a family holiday including tennis on site, a children’s play area, bowling, mountain bikes and horse riding very close by. Activities are subject to a additional charges payable locally.

The Fattoria also has a poolside snack bar (ideal for lunches) and 2 restaurants (for dinner only), with barbecue evenings, as well as a charming amphitheatre for occasional musical events. Set amongst beautiful gardens with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, Fattoria degli Usignoli is a perfect base for your family holiday. Car hire is essential and parking is available on site.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT

Living/dining room with double sofa bed, open plan kitchenette with hob and fridge, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, shower room, private balcony, terrace or garden and satellite TV. An extra single bed can be pre-booked at this apartment for an additional £100 per week.

Weekly cleaning service and linen change. Breakage deposit of 150€ to be lodged directly with the owner and refunded on departure. Central heating available and payable locally (according to metered usuage) if required. Changeover Saturday.
