This small development of brand new, high quality villas is situated in a quiet residential area just over 700m from the beach and resort centre of Playa Blanca, and offer some of the best quality accommodation on the island. Each villa is fairly private and stands in its own large immaculately tended garden of over 800 square metres and has a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 2m, with steps) as well as extensive sun terraces, a BBQ and two shaded dining terraces. Inside, the villas have been furnished and decorated to the highest standards and offer high quality accommodation for discerning holidaymakers.

The superb new marina of Puerto Rubicon is about 20 minutes'' walk away and offers a large selection of cafes, bars and restaurants - it is actually livelier than the old resort centre, should you want this!

Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, CD and DVD players, fully equipped open plan kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Four bedrooms (two double, two twins), plus a full bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and 2 bathrooms with shower/WC. Interior courtyard, private safe and plenty of parking space for 2 cars.
