Villa Oliver is a comfortable holiday villa just over 2 km from the beaches and many amenities of Puerto Pollensa. It is a good base for a holiday, just located at the back of the road between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The villa is on one level with views across the mountains. Inside, the villa is simply but comfortably furnished, and decorated with traditional dark wood furniture, white walls and tiled floors.

At the back of the house there is a good sized private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m to 2m, with ladder), surrounded by sun terraces and hedges, and with views across to the mountains. There is a covered built–in BBQ and outdoor eating area. The front of the house is planted with palm trees and oleanders. Can Oliver is a great holiday home for a small family or couples; especially as it is close to the Puerto Pollensa beach and resort.

One storey. Lounge/dining room with open fire place, satellite TV and DVD player. Newly fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room – at no extra charge.

Twice weekly cleaning and towel change, linen changed weekly. Minimum stay 4 nights, arrive any day.
