Villa Nessa is an attractively furnished and decorated villa, set in spacious private grounds in a quiet residential area ‘La Joya’, near the village of Benitatchell, and 5 km from the nearest beach at Moraira. Shops and restaurants are within 10 -15 min walk. The large private pool (10m x 5 m, depth 1.1m to 2m) is bordered by extensive terraces offering both sun and shade, whilst there are lovely views of the countryside from the long upstairs balcony and dining terrace.

Two storeys. External steps up to main upper level. Spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player, plus patio doors onto a large covered dining terrace with panoramic views. . Fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Two double and one twin bedrooms, plus two full bathrooms on this level. Internal staircase down to further twin and shower/WC at pool level. BBQ.

Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms included in the price.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc), except between 17 July - 27 August when Saturday changeover.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
