Riviera town of Mandelieu just 6 km. Sandy beach at La Napoule 8 km as well as wide variety of water sports available along the coast at Cannes 13 km. Chic shops and nightclubs can be found in Cannes and Antibes. Grasse is also close by, famous for its perfumeries. More shops and department stores in Nice 37 km. International airport: Nice 35 km.

This villa is in the most spectacular setting high up in the hills between the coastal resort of Mandelieu and the forested area around Tanneron. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside whilst still being close to the Riviera. Wonderful private views from the terrace help to make this a truly special location. The main part of the garden is well maintained with lovely trees and grassy areas providing shade for dining outside. Grounds extend towards a steep wooded section below the house. The steep drops in the garden make this property unsuitable for toddlers.

An electric gate leads to the drive and carport for two cars behind the main house. Fenced and gated private pool is to one side of the villa (8.5m x 4m x 0.8m - 1.8m depth). Table tennis and electric barbecue.

This well equipped and comfortable villa has a minimalist and contemporary interior creating a lovely feeling of space. Ground floor: sitting/dining room with comfortable sofas and a stunning modern fireplace is a centre piece of this room. Large plasma satellite TV/DVD and CD. Access to terrace with views and electric sunshades extend to provide shade. Small but well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Bed 1: double. Shower room and separate WC. Stairs to 1st floor with a gallery over sitting room. Bed 2: double, 1 single. Bed 3: double. Bathroom with twin basins and separate WC. Cot and highchair on request. Any day start (Saturday arrival in July and August), 7 night min stay.
