This beautiful L-shaped split house with plenty of privacy is situated on the grounds of a horse breeding farm (4 ha) in a region with many possible activities: River Vienne, behind the house with beach, picnic islands, sports (fishing, rowing, canoeing). In Chinon cycle hire, in Roiffe (10 km), several golf complexes. Equally beautiful sight seeing possibilities (Tours, Saumur, Fontevraud Abbey, Chateaux de la Loire, etc.)
Since 2005 there is a swimming pool (10x5m) with terrace. The pool is in commun use with Maison de l'Arche 1.
