Les Chenes Pieux is a former wine farmhouse restored into a rural house and located exactly half way between Bordeaux and Toulouse in the south.
Located in GERS which was previously part of the GASCOGNE, or the "French Tuscany".
Amidst a park and surrounded by vineyards, sunflowers, a fishing pond, a river and fields, the house is completely free-standing, at 5 km from the village of Castelnau d'Auzan.
