In the heart of the countryside, 2 km from the small village, a spacious modern house of 106 m2 to accommodate 4/5 people, by a quiet lake, with the beach 22 km away, Hunaudaye chateau 5 km away (this fortified chateau was particularly strategic in the Middle Ages beside a Gallo-Roman road halfway between Lamballe and Dinan), as well as the large La Seigneurie forest.
The friendly owner also lives in the property but does not intrude.
