The road up to Villa Nayia Paradise from Paphos winds up through banana plantations and fruit orchards to the property, which is set in a prominent location on 12 acres of private land. From here you have sweeping views across the countryside and down to the sea and the villa benefits from slightly cooler temperatures, which are very welcome in the hot summer months, due to its elevated position. The village of Kissonerga is within walking distance and offers a selection of tavernas and shops and a 5 minute drive will take you up to Tala, a beautiful unspoilt village with the 12th century monastery of St Neophytos just beyond. The beaches are just 10 mins drive away, as is the bustling resort of Paphos, with its excellent choice of restaurants and shops.

This property will offer a very high standard of comfort: marble floors, comfortable furnishings and a superbly equipped kitchen, as well as a large pool, 12 x 6 x 1.20-1.80m, set in extensive gardens with tropical plants, which you can enjoy from the covered veranda.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Spacious lounge with patio doors to the garden and pool, satellite TV, CD player, DVD and X-box video game system. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and 1 twin room with en suite shower room, both with patio doors to terraces. Guest WC. First floor: master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and dressing room, 2 twin bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and one with en suite bathroom and dressing room. All rooms have patio doors to terraces. Maid service twice weekly. Linen changed weekly and towels changed twice weekly. Air conditioning available in all rooms at additional cost of €6 per unit per day payable locally. Central heating available at the additional charge of €30 per day payable locally. Cot and high chair available. Any day arrival, minimum stay 5 nights.
