Superbly situated between the Dordogne and Lot valleys with all their attractions - châteaux, prehistoric man features and water pursuits such as canoeing, kayaking, fishing etc. Well placed for trying many of the gastronomic delights this region offers - foie gras, duck and aromatic cheeses in the many highly reputed restaurants within easy reach. This beautifully renovated stone farmhouse with pigeonnier is at the end of a quiet lane in a tiny hamlet, with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. It is furnished with traditional French antiques to create a home of great style and comfort. Gardens with ornamental and fruit trees, and its own vineyard. Gravelled walled courtyard flanked by large barn, converted to provide extra accommodation, games room, table tennis and stone bakery. Traditional covered terraces front and rear, each suitable for al fresco dining. Gated access to rear sun terrace and fenced saline pool 10 x 5 x 1-2.2m depth with security immersion alarm and roman steps. BBQ.
