This modern detached house with character is approached via a rough track about 300m long, in places quite steep and not suitable for low-slung cars. The villa is set in very large grounds, on a wooded hillside below a ruined château, with views over the valley. Lawned garden with bamboo-roofed loggia giving shade; built-in BBQ. Solar-heated secure walled pool 10 x 4 x 1.5m depth with security gate. Illuminated boules area for competitive fun after dinner! Tennis court on site but surface is not in perfect condition. Table tennis on request from keyholder.
