This large detached farmhouse is at the end of a quiet lane serving a tiny hill-top hamlet of 3 houses, with restored old farm buildings and pigeonnier which overlook woods, orchards and rough meadows. Paved/gravelled area all around the house. Garden with shrubs and mown grass area slopes away steeply in some places to rough woodland and meadows beyond. Spacious partially-covered terrace with drinks fridge and BBQ next to large pool 12 x 6 x 1-1.9m depth with security fence and roman steps. Table tennis and small folding billiard table.
