This elegant and beautifully furnished bastide, built in typical Provençal style, occupies 2 acres of a hillside hamlet and has terraced and unfenced Mediterranean gardens with some steep drops. Gardens are filled with olive trees, cypress, oak, lavender, oleander, rosemary and thyme and can be fully lit up at night. Magnificent views over vineyards and gently rolling hills from both house and garden. Set above the house, access via a terraced path, is the superb pool 20 x 7 x 3m depth, equipped with a jacuzzi bench, thalassotherapy massage area and security sonar alarm. Courtyard with stone fountain, surrounded by flowers and a covered terrace, perfect for dining al fresco. BBQ. Adjoined to garages, newly-constructed gym exceptionally well-equipped with aerobic exercise machines, weight benches and many other devices, giving no excuse to go home weighing more than when you arrived!
