Just 15 minute drive to the lovely city of Avignon, with its wonderful Papal palace, excellent shops and many restaurants. Very pleasant single storey villa in residential cul-de-sac on edge of village. Sunny private pool area with plenty of space for sunbathing 7.5 x 3.5 x 1.20m depth with security alarm. Enclosed gardens consists of a south facing terrace at front with further sitting area under the trees. Large mature trees in the grounds provide welcome shade in the heat of the summer. BBQ.
