Castelsagrat, an extremely pretty village with arcaded square boasting the best baker in the area, 5 min drive. Only 15 min drive to attractive towns of Valence d'Agen or Bourg-de-Visa and 20 min drive to the lovely cloisters of picturesque Moissac, all with a good selection of shops, cafés and restaurants. For a special gastronomic evening out, perhaps visit the Michelin 3-star restaurant at Puymirol 20 min drive. In the heart of rolling farmland and surrounded by vineyards producing renowned wines such as Cahors and Buzet. Sports enthusiasts will find golf, tennis and bike hire within 15-20 min drive, as well as swimming lakes. Agen, centre of plum and prune production, is less than 30 km and has an excellent amusement park. International airport: Toulouse 88 km.

This lovely property, tastefully restored by the owners, started life as an extension of the Château de Brassac, later became a monastery, and then a farm for the last 150 years.
