This attractive bungalow-style property is situated in a quiet residential area approx 3.5kms from the nearest village, although the nearest restaurant is approx 1.5kms away. Villa Francesca offers wonderful panoramic views, has been furnished as if it were a private home and has a delightful fully enclosed, large garden with tranquil areas for relaxing. It has a good-sized pool and solarium. The spacious living / dining room opens onto a loggia with table and chairs for outside dining. The friendly, but unobtrusive, owners live in a self-contained apartment on the lower ground floor with a completely separate garden and entrance to ensure clients’ privacy, but are always on hand to pass on their excellent knowledge of the area. This is an excellent base for touring southern Tuscany, with Volterra 19kms away, San Gimignano 26kms, Siena 39kms and even Florence at 55kms. The nearest villages are Castel San Gimignano and Campiglia, both approx 3.5kms distant. International airports: Florence 55 km/Pisa 73 km.
