This very popular villa is set in extensive grounds in a residential area just 2.5 km from the beach at Fuengirola and 5 km from Mijas, with a variety of shops and small restaurants just 6-7 min walk away, so is ideal for anyone who doesn’t want to be too remote or doesn’t like to drive in the evenings. An unusually designed house with lots of character, Barranco la Jarana is very spacious and comfortable, with a pretty lawned garden, vine covered terrace with BBQ and lots of space for sunbathing, or relaxing in the shade. A few steps lead up from the lawns to the private swimming pool (7m x 5m, depth 1.3m to 1.6m, with steps) and sun terraces.

Two storeys. Shaded dining terrace leads into a kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining room. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom on ground floor. Upstairs is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with separate shower) and lounge with UK satellite TV, CD and DVD, plus doors onto a large balcony overlooking the pool. Air-conditioning/heating in two bedrooms, approx 15 Euros per day (payable locally on arrival if required).

Weekly cleaning and linen change.

Saturday changeover between 26 Jun - 10 Sep 2010, anyday arrivals at other times.
