Casa Aninhada is an attractive, older style villa set in a spacious lawned garden on the exclusive development of Quinta do Rosal. Built on just one storey (with a few steps inside), it is an ideal house for families who will enjoy the spacious private, enclosed grounds and the warm, personal touch of the décor and furnishings. The villa’s own private swimming pool (9m x 5m, depth 1.2m -2m, with ladder) has solar heating, and there is also a delightful shaded dining terrace with BBQ. There is also easy access to Quinta do Rosal’s splendid amenities, including restaurant, reception, tennis courts, mini-market/snackbar and large communal pool area. Carvoeiro village is 5 km away, with several sandy beaches also within 5-10 min drive.
