Ceffonds lies 64 km. north-east of Troyes. Very quiet situated, detached holiday house in an hamlet just outside Ceffonds. The with wine tendrils covered gite is attractive and comfortable furnished. Behind the holiday house lies a partially fenced garden of approx. 1000 m in where the children can nicely play and in front of the house you will have a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. The active farm of the owner lies next to the house and is to be visited escorted by the owner.
In the vicinity of the holiday house you can take a nice walk, ride a bike or look at nice villages. At 50 km. lies the amusement park Nigloland, lovely for a day out. You can also take a nice swim in the impounding lake Lac du Der with nice weather at 10 km from the house, this is an impounding lake which supplies the Seine in Paris with water in the summers dry period.
