Set in the heart of the countryside between the pretty village of San Carlos (with a variety of small shops and restaurants) and the hamlet of San Lorenzo (where there is a smaller but adequate selection) and just 12 km from the beaches and many amenities of Santa Eulalia, this character property offers plenty of privacy for families or a group of friends. Converted from an old farmhouse, Can Murenu offers simple, yet comfortable older-style accommodation on various levels. There is a large swimming pool (10m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2m, with roman steps) and sun terraces surrounded by a walled garden, as well as a shaded dining terrace, BBQ, table tennis and a dartboard. Although in the countryside, local amenities are less than 5 min drive, whilst there are many beaches in the area and Ibiza Town is approx. 25 min drive away.
