Reached by a steep driveway, Villa Buenavista enjoys a private location on a hillside in a peaceful residential area some 4 km from the beach and centre of Moraira, and approx 1.5 km from the coast. There are wonderful panoramic views from its large swimming pool (9m x 5m, depth 1.3m to 2.10m, with roman steps) and sun terraces, truly justifying the name of ‘Buenavista’. Inside, the house is tastefully furnished in a bright modern style and is well equipped for an enjoyable villa holiday. There are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets about 1.5 km away, whilst the larger resort and superb golden beach of Calpe is just 15 min drive.

Two storeys. The driveway (with parking space at the bottom) leads up to the house, sun terraces and pool. From the sun terraces overlooking the pool 4 steps leads to an attractive conservatory area and then into the lounge/dining room with basic satellite TV and DVD player, newly fitted kitchen with American bar, full cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. One twin and 1 double bedroom and full bathroom. Further steps lead up to a large roof teerace with magnificent views. Central heating for cooler months.

Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover between 17 July - 27 August, Tuesday or Saturday arrivals (for stays of 7, 10, 11, 14 nights etc) at other times.

Linen: Included with towels. A chargeable welcome hamper is available, and can be ordered when booking.
