Beautiful countryside in the heart of Burgundy with châteaux, waterways and world famous wine villages, such as Nuits St Georges, Gevrey Chambertin, Meursault to name a few. Single storey villa on a residential hillside known locally as “La Montagne” above Beaune, set in large well maintained wooded grounds, with views to the rooftops of Beaune. Private swimming pool 10 x 4 x 1.2-2m depth with retractable security cover which can be opened on warm days or left closed to keep the water warm in cooler weather. BBQ.
