Charming group of houses form main part of small hamlet in pretty part of Dordogne. The only other houses in the hamlet are an additional property belonging to the same owners (who live in the nearby town of Beaumont), and one neighbour. The garden and pool are shared between the three part property, but each has own sitting area. The lovely, well-established garden provides a range of shady and sunny spots, both secluded and with views of surrounding scenery. Attractive oval shaped private pool 9 x 5 x 1-3m depth, with natural stone paving and roman steps in sunny position to rear of main house. Protected by immersion alarm and fence. BBQ. The property is available for up to 15 comprising the main house, studio and cottage.
