Situated on the outskirts of this small town, the house has been built into the hillside at the roadside, and is attached on one side to the home of an elderly French neighbour. Enclosed gravel courtyard on lower garden level, parking for 3 cars. On higher garden level with access via fairly steep steps (gate at top) is pool 8 x 4 x 1.2m overall depth, surrounded by high walls on two sides and with security fencing on other sides, providing a real sun-trap for sunbathing and relaxing at the pool-side.
