Recently built cottage, within walking distance to the sea and shops, on the eastern side of the Cotentin Peninsula. Located in the quiet village of Aumeville-Lestre within the National Park of the Cotentin Marshes home to a rich and varied wildlife. This coastline has much to offer with many coves, rock pools, dunes and long sandy beaches. St Vaast la Hougue, 10 km, has shops, bars and restaurants. The picturesque fishing village of Barfleur, the historical D-day landing beaches, Bayeux with its tapestry and the beautiful Mont St Michel are all within easy reach. Ferry port Cherbourg 37 km. Recently built cottage set in lawned gardens and surrounded by fields. Terrace with outside dining table and chairs, BBQ. Please be aware that there is a small village road 50m from the house. Discreet owner lives in another house on site. All on one level, the comfortable open-plan living/dining area with seating for four and tiled floor throughout leads onto the kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bed 1: double with courtyard view. Bed 2: 2 singles with courtyard view. Shower room with washing machine. Sep WC. No linen available, please bring your own. Extras payable locally: security deposit €200, electricity €15 per week, water €15 per week, heating €35 per week. Dogs allowed on request. Saturday changeover.
