Resort of Royan just 20 min by car with beaches, choice of water sports, championship golf course, boutiques, good restaurants, casino and ferry to the Médoc area across the Gironde. This charming C19th Charentaise farmhouse is in a rural setting surrounded by farmlands and forests. It is set on its own just 2mins from the village by car.
