Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area just 5 min drive (1.5 km) from the beaches, shops and restaurants of the bustling resort of Armacao de Pera, this modern house is ideal for families looking for a competitively priced holiday villa in a convenient location. Built on 3 levels with spacious balconies and terraces, Quinta do sol offers lots of space, whilst the private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 2m, with steps and ladder), sun terraces and BBQ area are situated below the house and are surrounded by walls. The owners live next door in a separate house, but do not intrude on guests’ privacy. Nearby Armacao offers a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a superb beach (one of the longest in the region) and its many fine fish restaurants are popular with locals – always a good recommendation!

Three storeys. Steps lead from the pool area up to a spacious terrace and then into a lounge/dining room with fireplace and basic satellite TV. Fitted kitchen with hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Two twin and 2 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with bath or shower/WC, plus an upstairs balcony. The ground floor accommodation is not let.

Cleaning provided three times a week, linen change weekly. Minimum stay 7 nights, arrive anyday.
