Access via gate with padlock to heated pool 10 x 5 x 1-2m depth with security perimeter alarm, paved surround and lovely pergola. Wooden barn used for storage, no access to clients. Two terraces for outdoor dining. BBQ.

Dining area with oak refectory table and 8 chairs. Large farmhouse kitchen with door to garden, fitted units, wood-burner, table and 4 chairs, dishwasher, hob and oven with grill. Large bath/WC. Utility room with washing machine, microwave and freezer. Adjoining building with hallway and staircase to first floor, Bed 1: king-size. Bed 2: double and a single.
