Accommodation overview: Harwood Dale Cottage occupies a gently elevated setting on the fringe of the market town of Kendal. The cottage enjoys total privacy and stunning views over the surrounding countryside towards Kentmere, the Langdale Pikes and a glorious vista of Kendal Castle which is illuminated at night (although this may be obscured by trees during the summer months). Kendal town centre is a short walk from the cottage and is rich in local amenities. The Lake District National Park is a mere 10 minutes drive away, the Yorkshire Dales also easily accessible from Kendal.
