Formerly a railway worker's cottage, it is in a peaceful and rural location and yet only a short drive to the beaches of North and West Norfolk. Within walking distance of the property is a small sports club offering a gym, tennis and squash facilities which can be enjoyed on a book-and-pay-basis. Surrounded by quiet roads and countryside, it is in an ideal spot for walking, cycling and bird watching. Pink footed geese can often be seen from the upstairs windows in their season. The nature reserves of Titchwell only a few miles away also offer excellent bird-watching opportunities.
