Accommodation overview: A great family sized property with spacious and flexible accommodation, just a few minutes drive from the coast. Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a large general store, a pub, a fish and chip shop and a cafe. There is also a large playing field with a tennis court.
Mill House is a spacious, detached cottage quietly situated only a five minute walk from the village centre. Stylish and comfortable, there is much to recommend it, including a cosy sitting room, a sunny conservatory, a hand-crafted kitchen, a large utility room with snooker table and a pleasant, enclosed lawned garden. Accommodation overview: Very attractive detached Edwardian house overlooking the common. Comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The small coastal village of West Runton lies between Cromer and Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast. There is golf available in the village and a fine sand and pebble beach with exposed rock pools at low tide which are great fun for children. The village is also backed by National Trust woodland offering an abundance of walking opportunities across to Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Park and the Norfolk Coast Path, all of which give some super views across the countryside. The Bittern and national rail line are accessible from the village and from here you can access Norwich, Sheringham and Cromer and enjoy the opportunity of leaving the car behind. The village has excellent eating places as well as a cafe, butchers, green grocers, newsagents, a small super market and is also close to The Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary. Hurlingham House is a handsome Victorian house, just a fifteen minute walk from the sea. It is well set back from the road, overlooking the common, which has a small stream. It is a very pleasant and well-equipped house, offering a high standard of accommodation. There is also the benefit of an attractive, good-size garden. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles

Notes: There is a damages deposit of £100 payable to Norfolk Country Cottages, two weeks before your holiday. We regret it will not be possible to park caravans or campervans at the property.
