This recently refurbished property sits in 1.5 acres of private lawned grounds, with Waterville lake literally lapping up against the edges of the garden (children to be supervised). The house is tastefully furnished inside. There's even a private jetty where - if you let us know in advance - we'll organise your own boat (€30 per day) so you can take a trip around the crystal-clear waters, or perhaps pop out in the morning to catch some salmon or sea trout for breakfast! There is also bicycle hire. Trampoline and football pitch available for the holidaymakers enjoyment Shop. Pub. Restaurant 1½ miles. Beach 2 miles.
