The large sitting room is pleasantly furnished with comfortable seating arranged before the Cornish stone fireplace and patio doors opening to the enclosed front garden. 

To complete the ground floor accommodation there is a bedroom with Super king-size bed which can be made into two single beds, and a walk-in shower room W.C. with hand basin and fold down seat in the shower area, suitable for an elderly or infirm member of the family. 

Upstairs are three further bedrooms in a light crisp decor with rural views; a spacious master bedroom with a 6ft double and en-suite shower room W.C. and basin, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room W.C. and basin, and a double bedroom retaining part of the original mill wheel with an en-suite bathroom W.C. with hand basin, bath and shower cubicle. 

A door from the first floor landing opens to external railed steps that lead down to the front of the property.
