This delightful cottage is located on the grounds of the owners residence 4.5 miles from Tarbert, 10 miles from lively Listowel and 13.5 miles from the seaside resort of Ballybunion. The cottage is traditional in style with modern touches. Unique is the low door into the twin upstairs bedroom. Tasteful décor and modern influences have made it a very comfortable retreat with its panoramic views of Scattery Island and the River Shannon . Tarbert is a small rural village with a couple of shops, pubs and a restaurant. The nearby ferry terminal takes you into the attractions of County Clare and a good road network takes you into Limerick city.Shop. Pub 3 miles. Restaurant 4½ miles. Beach 6 miles. GF: lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 doubles, shower room. FF: twin.the first 40 units of electricity is included in the rates and is meter read after this., wood burner with starter pack, linen and towels included, aga style stove, travel cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, dvd player, radio, fridge with small ice box, microwave, washer/dryer, electric heaters, hairdryer, electric blankets, welcome pack, partially enclosed shared garden, front and back courtyard, garden seat, private off road parking.
