Wymondham, a bustling market town, is nearby where shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found. There is a golf course, fishing lakes and horse riding within four miles of the property. Rectory Barn is a converted two-storey barn situated within the grounds of the owner's home. There are a host of original features including exposed beams throughout the property.
