Murroe village is 2.5 hours from Dublin and 12 miles from Limerick City, close to Shannon airport. Nicely decorated and deceptively spacious, the house is in a quite residential setting just strolling distance from the village. Being on the borders of three counties it is an excellent touring base - the Burren National Park and Cliffs of Moher in Co Clare to the Rock of Cashel in Tipperary, Birr Castle in Co Offaly and the Dingle Peninsula are all possible day trips. Murroe is home to Glenstal Benedictine Abbey set on 500 acres of woodland and a pleasure to enjoy. Shop. Restaurant 440 yards. Beach 52 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, w.c.
