This is one of a development of properties situated in the lakeside village of Mountshannon, on scenic Lough Derg just 20 mins drive from Killaloe, half hour from Ennis market town and just over an hour from Shannon International Airport. Mountshannon village has been a national tourism award winning village. The house has upstairs living area and downstairs sleeping and is tastefully furnished and within walking distance of its many pubs and restaurants and the marina which offers sailing and fishing is just a stroll. The village is en route to the East Clare walkways. Shop. Pub. Restaurant 200 yards. Beach 50 miles. GF: double with ensuite shower room, twin, single, bathroom. FF: lounge/kitchen/diner.
