This delightful house is just over an hour from Shannon Airport and forty minutes drive from Ennis Market town. It is just a few minutes walk to Blue Flag beach where its resident dolphin has returned once again this year. Its also only a mile from Miltown Malbay - home of traditional Irish Music with its annual "Willy Clancy" music festival. Tastefully furnished throughout the house enjoys gorgeous sea views from a raised patio area outside and from the upstairs you can watch the waves breaking on the shoreline. There is no terrestrial TV (poor reception) but a DVD and a selection of movies for you to enjoy. Golfing,surfing and sightseeing are some of the main attractions in this scenic area. Shop. Pub. Restaurant 1 mile. Beach 260 yards. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, twin, shower room. FF: 2nd lounge, double, kingsize double with ensuite bathroom and separate shower. Electricity and oil central heating included, open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, welcome pack, TV, dvd player, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, bicycle, partially enclosed garden, patio area, garden furniture, private off road parking. Sorry no pets.
