A pretty stable door leads into the open plan living room with solid oak flooring and beautiful feature window overlooking the garden and meadows beyond. Comfy sofas surround a wood burning stove, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere with the pristine kitchen / dining area to one end. An open oak staircase takes you to the first floor with vaulted ceiling and beams. There are two bedrooms with built in oak wardrobes and a garden outlook, with the double room having an ensuite shower room and enjoying filtered light through the glazed elevation. A separate bathroom with luxury spa bath serves the twin room. Perfect for walkers there is literally a footpath from the doorstep to surrounding countryside. Large lawned gardens encompass the cottage and beautiful Exmoor National Park is within a short drive, or challenging hike! For a change of scene the spectacular North Devon Coastline is within easy reach. A great choice of shops, pubs and tearooms are to found in South Molton just 5 miles away. Perfect for holidays and breaks at any time of year Meadowside Barn is a truly special hideaway. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. First floor: Bedroom 1 with King, TV and ensuite shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin and TV. Bathroom with spa bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
