This magnificent 4 bedroom detached house, built in 2008, is a fantastic addition to our portfolio of properties for 2009. Situated in an elevated position in the village of Portinscale, Lakes View has panoramic fell views to Skiddaw, Latrigg, Grisedale Pike, Causey Pike and the Bassenthwaite valley. Portinscale is a small village just 10 minutes walk by an off road footpath in to Keswick town centre, where you will find a wealth of amenities. The village has a pub which serves bar meals, a tea room, restaurants and 2 marinas on Derwentwater. The property itself is furnished and equipped to the highest standards and is the perfect base to explore the Lakes or just relaxing in glorious surroundings.
