The decked area is ideal for sitting out and admiring the beautiful well established gardens with fruit bearing trees, which in season would entice one to bake apple pies perhaps! It is an ideal base for visiting many of the south's tourists attractions including Midleton home of the Jameson's Whiskey Distillery, Blarney Castle, Waterford crystal or Cobh which was the last port of call for the Titanic.
