One of seven townhouses located in the seaside resort of Kilkee, forty minutes from Ennis market town and just over an hour from Shannon airport. This nicely furnished town house with upstairs living area and standing balcony to catch a glimpse of the sea, is within strolling distance of the beach and a short walk into town, which is lively especially in season with its variety of pubs and restaurants, cinema, indoor splash world and diving centre. There are great coastal ring walks, shore fishing and dolphin watching, not to mention all the attractions of the Clare coastline Shop. Pub. Restaurant 440 yards. Sandy Beach 100 yards. GF: double, twin, bathroom with shower over bath. FF: lounge/kitchen/diner with balcony, double with ensuite shower room. Electricity by meter read, linen and towels included, electric blankets, alarm clock, uk tv channels, electric fire, TV, cable, video, stereo tape player, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, partially enclosed garden, private off road parking.
