Within easy walking distance of the village, one of the most visited in Ireland, with good pubs and restaurants. The area boasts magnificent scenic mountain walks, woodland trails and lakeside rambles, not to mention fishing, golfing and riding - so something for everyone. The towns of Rathdrum, Wicklow and Arklow are close by or take the train to Dublin for an interesting day out. Brittas Bay beach is 30 minutes' drive. Shop. Pub. Restaurant 440 yards. Beach 14 miles.
