This newly built house is flanked by the mountains of the Burren National Park and adjacent to the sand dunes of the Blue Flag beach of Fanore, 10 miles from the village of Ballyvaughan and six miles from Doolin. The house has been thoughtfully designed with an upstairs sitting area with magnificent feature length sky-light windows, displaying breathtaking views of the beach and Atlantic ocean. Doolin has a ferry to the nearby Aran Islands, and an hours drive will take you to Galway and beyond to Connemara. Shop. Pub. Restaurant 1 mile. Beach 200 yards. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner, utility room, double, adult bunk with single, bathroom. FF: 2nd lounge, kingsize double with ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe.
