This wonderful house is on a working farm, in its own grounds with distant sea views. A relaxing sunroom looks out over the cut stone walls to the lawned garden and rolling hills. The area has a noted sailing centre with boat trips across to Sherkin island. Nearby is a wonderful forest walk with water sport activities on the lake. The touring possibilities are numerous as you are very well situated to explore the fantastic West Cork scenery. *No children under 12*. Shop. Pub. Beach 3 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner, 2nd lounge, utility room, sun room. FF: 3 doubles all with ensuite shower rooms, single with basin, bathroom. Oil and electricity by meter read, open fire with starter pack, linen and towels included, hairdryer, alarm clock, TV, radio, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, fully enclosed garden, patio furniture.
